TRF is the best steward for your money because it is governed by a Board of Trustees<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from receiving the highest possible score, 100 of 100 points from a US independent charity assessment organization \u201cCharity Navigator\u201d, for its strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency in 2016, it was the twelfth straight year (2008 \u2013 2020) TRF earned a four-star rating – a distinction only 1 percent of charities have attained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the Association of Fundraising Professionals likewise also named TRF the World\u2019s Outstanding Foundation for 2016, an award previously given to other familiar names such as Kellogg and MacArthur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Began our fight against polio in 1979 with a project to immunize 6 million children in the Philippines. Today, we have immunized nearly 3 billion children and polio remains endemic in only 2 countries (Afghanistan and Pakistan) \u2014 down from 125 in 1988.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
