RC HKIW members have served as Teaching Assistants at the Hunan, PRC training site. RC Cupertino also sent experienced teaching professionals & Rotarians to assist.
Project Description
Rural school teachers received training to include English, Elearning and contemporary teaching methodology with art, music, dance and fun in their teaching curriculum. At the end of the program, the trainees demonstrated their learning in lesson simulations. Another track of teachers participated in computer training. The new knowledge and skills were brought back to their schools in the rural areas as new curriculum to teach children.
Elearning computer equipment, servers, and internal network were installed at 3 schools including on-site usage training.
