Objectives:
This project aims to:
・Provide NCPR training for all 920 midwives in Mongolia because Mongolian neonatal mortality rate is high.
・Provide training at state maternity hospitals and one neonatal simulation doll at each hospital for future training to be monitored by the Mongolian Midwives Association.

Project Description:
Works planned within the framework of the Project include:
・To donate Neonatal Resuscitation Model ( manufactured by Koken Co.Ltd, Japan) with its accessories to all hospitals of twenty one provinces and four maternity hospitals of the capital city of Mongolia (27 packages);
・To train midwives of the hospitals from the provincial centers/capital in Ulaanbaatar city and to prepare national trainer(s) in midwifery; and
・To organize neonatal resuscitation capacity training to midwives of hospitals based in remote provinces’ districts.
