But the Center, which is only hospital able to treat children under full Health insurance coverage has no surgical treatment equipment. Children with diagnosis always go foreign country for treatment, if the family has financial ability. Rotary clubs of Mongolia had implemented this kind of project many times. But during the Pandemic condition, it is impossible to go abroad for children treatment, secondly, family with low income is impossible to have treatment abroad, which is expensive. The project is aimed to finance 24 children heart surgery fee, of which family income is very low and impossible to have treatment even in Mongolia. Local doctors had possibility to practical training through the surgery.
